1. Check the performances and functions of each reader
2. Check the functions of the door release press button
3. Check the performances and functions of the central control system
4. Check the functionality of the security operation software
5. Cleaning/testing/repairs/replacement of faulty equipment
6. Check the performances and functions of Electro-Magnetic Locks
7. Clean and service EM locks and Mortise locks
8. Check the door release function in the event of fire emergency

TELEPHONY SYSTEM

1. Check the performances and functions of each Line/Extension
2. Check the functions of the Telephone Set
   PA SYSTEM/SECURITY ALARM
3. Check the performances and functions of sound output
4. Check the functions of cabling and fastening
5. Verify and check on overall system functionality
6. Verify and check on operations and condition of hardware plus cleaning
