As network specialists, we install, manage and maintain a network system to ensure that it works efficiently and effectively. This involves installing voice communications systems including phone lines, routers and switches, as well as firewalls, cables and network-related programmes such as installing software on company computers and troubleshooting any problems that might arise.
We handle administrating and setting up user accounts to access the network and email; setting up and supporting the network hardware, including workstations, servers, LAN equipment, and printers.
Importantly it does not end after installation. We also conduct user training and maintain aftersales service.
