After the assessment by ACRA on HOGA’s share capital status, the company’s new achievement as Statutory Member of SBF marks a milestone in 24 years of hard work and dedication in Communications and Technology Solutions.

SBF Membership

Established on 1 April 2002 by the SBF Act, all Singapore-registered companies with paid-up capital or authorised share capital of $0.5 million and above are members of the SBF.

SBF members fall under three categories: Statutory Members, Constituent Members and Associate Members, with 12 of the major chambers of commerce and business associations in Singapore represented as Constituent Members.
