THIAN LENG CHONG TOH TONG BUDDHIST TEMPLE

This 4-storey Buddhist temple and building complex underwent a new restructuring phase and selected Hoga to design and facilitate important new and upgraded ELV systems. After visiting site, holding meetings to assess and creating AS-Built drawings to finalise plans, Hoga proceeded to integrate required systems with confidence:

For SECURITY SOLUTION Hoga created AS-Built drawing plans and installed more than 30 cctv cameras from basement through to roof level combining 5 floors of designing, installation and connecting to network digital recording systems as per recording cycle on Sony business enterprise version. Linking all to a create a high calibre system was CAT6 cable of more than 1500m with PVC conduits.

PA SYSTEM required more than 50 major brand speakers covering basement to roof floors that coordinated with emergency message panel, sound repeater, preamplifier, remote microphones, power amplifier, zone speaker selector, digital recorder unit, 24-hr emergency power supply and hardware set up. Fire-rated speaker cabling, and support trunking, termination and connections were installed according to BCA, SCDF, FSB and Singapore IDA wiring standards.

PWD needed supply of labour and material including remote intercom on all 5 floors, comprising master control panel, power supply/battery charger module of 12VDC 7AH lead acid maintenance free battey of 2 banks, common trouble indicator module, master handset module, 10-zone handset selector module and line supervisory card.

CARD ACCESS SYSTEM, single-leaf doors and sliding door were installed in main prayer hall, and single-leaf external gate, coordinating with card management software, touchscreen AV intercom panel, proximity card reader, 600lb EM lock, emergency breakglass, touchless exit button, door access controller unit, 12VDC power supply unit with backup battery, cat 6 network cabling with connections, configuration and termination, testing and commissioning.

CARPARK BARRIER SYSTEM located in the basement required integration of MHI EPS antenna, EPS charging unit, motorized cashcard/magnetic reader, weatherproof casing, mounting pole, HELP intecom button with intercom speakers. Cashcard Exit Kiosk station, UPS 1000VA with metal enclosure, LED display for entry/exit lane and weatherproof casing with black powder coating; LED Lots Display, heavy duty Barrier System, self-learning controller, builtin UP/DOWN button, outdoor long lasting powder coating, 4m reflective octagonal straight arm. Mechanics include induction loop detector, bypass manual switch, safety sensor for barrier system, master intercom, Management Station, full EPS management software, management PC and UPS1000VA. Installating was required to cut induction loop wire, network remote viewing, check all related IP devices, commissioning and training.

HWA CHONG INTERNATIONAL

Integration areas included Swimming Pool Complex, Main Building, Annex Expansion Building and Annex Existing Building. The system required more than 100 multicard readers and controllers, as well as facial readers. Supporting components were em lock, break glass units, exit buttons and overriding switches. Laying CAT6 cable with PVC tapping on POE switches routing via ceiling cable tray, pole in concealed ceiling was required from respective controller to basement switch, data riser, electrical riser server rooms, management office, student hub rack and corridor rack. The job required testing and commissioning, training sessions with client, door access control system software on premise and cloud.

MPCS MGC PURE CHEMICALS SINGAPORE PTE LTD

EVC, BGM, PA ADDRESS SYSTEM main equipment located in the FCC Room/Guardhouse consists of Paging device, 20 Zone Selector Surveillance Board, Announcement module/8 Messages, Recording Server, BGM Interface and Paging Microphone System including license for Paging Station, Fail Detection Card, Power Supply Integrated Unit, Power Frame Integrated Unit and Override Relay Device integrated with more than 80 units of speakers of Surface ceiling, horn and Explosion-proof type; all supported by Digital network Power Amplifier with Power Supply plus Standby Power Amplifier, High Voltage backup battery up to 2 hours and equipment rack. FULL RUN FIRE RATED CABLE compliance for PA/EVC system including hacking of ground, scaffolding platform and ceiling partition boards. All works consist of programming, termination and testing.

NPARKS

LANDSCAPE ENGINEERING PTE LTD

Hoga was selected by Landscape Engineering Pte Ltd for two major projects for NParks. One was for the Rifle Range Park project in 2022 and the other in 2025 for the Back of House Facility for Sealions at Singapore Zoo
Technology – RIFLE RANGE PARK: Full integration of high security CCTV surveillance system for 66 hectares of nature areas including trails, boardwalks, wetland habitat, Colugo Deck, carpark and drop-off area, viaduct, Visitor Pavilion First floor and Roof, community nursery and connecting road. The challenge was site survey and marking out before development which included trekking in rainforested area with snakes, civet cats and wildboar. For the emphasis on eco greenery technology solar network IP CCTV system was deployed with Sharp solar panels, battery boxes, temperature range compliance integrated with backup batteries, geographical latitude designed. Support function for cameras include full HD, CMOS dual streaming, low noise, full frame, day&night ICR distance 30m, compliance with up to 90% accuracy people counting technology and clock accuracy; full HD XVR, monitoring video server, mobile app supported.
Technology – BACK OF HOUSE FACILITY FOR SEALIONS AT SINGAPORE ZOO: Design and integrate high security system, high security access control and door access system. CCTV – More than 15 IP outdoor cameras of bullet and dome were proposed for site area plotted on AS-Built drawing. Supporting cctv include 24 port POE network switch, back up battery edge switch, 19-in. equipment rack for outdoor use, IP camera licenses, , 32 channel NVR with 32 channel, 31 days recording@2mp; Premium harddisk, PC workstation with graphic card, mini PC server with graphic card and monitor, 21/32-in. LED FHD display, high voltage UPD back up battery up to 2 hours, mobile viewing app software configuration; plus supporting hardware of rack, brackets and camera accessories. CCTV SYSTEM comprised full high definition dome cameras, NVR of 4/8 channels support dual monitor video out, 19/21′ full HD LCD/LED monitor full HD high resolution, HDMI/VGA support and mounting brackets, supporting equipment of hard disk for up to 30 days, power switches, network cable and trunking, brackets and routing. GKE WAREHOUSING & LOGISTICS PTE LTD

CCTV SYSTEM consists of over 20 units of standard and certified explosion-proof IP cameras in areas of driveway, fire lobby, warehouse racks and 5 Explosion-proof Zones. Supporting components include 32CH NVR with 32TB storage, running 11 sets FR Cat6 cables with ex-rated elements of gland, conduit, junction box etc; patch panel, patch cords, POE switch TP-Link. ELECTRONIC ACCESS CONTROL to install new and replace existing in five areas of site with certified explosion-proof standalone EM lock with Breakglass and EAC panel and running 6 sets of fire rated Cat6 cables and explosion-proof rated components. INTRUSION ALARM SYSTEM was newly installed and replaced in 21 zones including explosion-proof areas with Explosion-proof Door Contact, 3 sets Heavy-Duty Shutter Contact in Transit Room, Exit Door. System Upgrade replace Paradox SP6000 with new 32-Zone Paradox Panel and Re-terminating existing 11 zones. In addition Hoga provided AS-Built drawings, did testing and commissioning.

Two zones are marked for the CENTRAL MONITORING PWD SYSTEM: Handicap toilet and Holding Point. Central Monitoring PWD System for Handicp Toilet System includes integration of Panic Button with call and cancel bypass plus overwriting key, strobe light unit in blue colour with built-in siren, power supply unit with 7AMP battery and charger, enclosed cam lock metal enclosure, 1 way main PWD master control unit with power supply, built-in battery, common trouble indicator, master handset module, line supervisory card as well as high voltage UPS back up battery up to 2 hours. Central Monitoring PWD System of Holding Point comprises 1 way emergency hand held set in blue colour, Power Supply unti with 7AMP battery and charger with enclosed cam lock metal enclosure integrated with master control unit. HEARING ENHANCED SYSTEM complies with BCA Standards and TOP compliance integrated as Loop Design with Low Spill Multiloop, and supply C10-2N, signage and install direct burial cable. 100m of Feed Cable neoprene 4 core, CLD 1, signage, desktop microphone and installation of counter loop and ILR3 induction Loop Receiver. IP BASE DIGITAL EVC/PA/BGM SYSTEM FOR 20 ZONES WITH 20 PERCENT SPARE – Integration included more than 350 units of speakers of flush mounted ceiling and surface-mounted box speaker and horn speaker with respective connectors and mounting spots. Digital Power Amplifier of 500W for Paging, BGM and Standby including voice evacuation frame, speaker selector, remote desktop microphone with remote microphone extension console. PC Paging Equipment of 22in monitor with web GUI software and paging tablet and supporting systems plus racks and hardware. All integrationb and set up includes AS-Built drawings, planning and layout, programming, testing and commissioning and RI inspection.

SHAW THEATRE JEM MALL

NEXTGEN CONSTRUCTION & ENGINEERING PTE LTD

The updated cinema halls required Assisted Listening Technology for the audio of movie screenings to be enjoyed by those who are hearing impaired.
Hoga worked with Nextgen Construction & Engineering Pte Ltd and Listening Lab to supply, design and install low spill multi-loop Hearing Enhancement System for three cinema halls including Cinema 1, Cinema 3 and Cinema 6; as well as Ticket Counter. This included sublayer amplifier, signage, flat copper tape, and microphone. Connections and input/output consisted of feed cable 20m of twisted pair sq cable.

NATIONAL SERVICE RECREATION AND COUNTRY CLUB AT CHANGI COASTWALK

MAHALAKSHMI ELECTRICAL PTE LTD

This recreation club in Changi for National Service sectors consists of villas, bungalows, chalets, leisure activities, administration and working areas. CCTV SYSTEM of AI Driven solution comprising more than 90 units of bullet, dome and PTZ cameras with accessories support, 55in TV monitor screen, 20in PC monitor and poles, supporting brackets, POE switch and patch cable power cords. KONG MENG SAN PHOR KARK SEE MONASTERY

KUAN AIK HONG CONSTRUCTION PTE LTD

Built in 1921, this is the largest Mahayana Buddhist temple in Singapore providing lodging, prayer sanctuaries and study facilities. Hoga integrated an extensive CCTV SYSTEM comprising more than 90 outdoor and indoor IP cameras of bullet, dome and PTZ type. Support peripherals include PoE, Ethernet Transceiver, switches and equipment rack; 32-channel NVR, harddisk, server support, graphic card, 42″ LED display backup battery, software configuration and license. BIOMETRIC DOOR ACCESS uses security biometric card and PIN access reader with functions for time attendance and PoE powered templates. NEXTGEN FARMS PTE LTD

NextGen Farms in the Sungei Tengah area consists of a Greenhouse planting area, germination rooms, R&D areas, packaging rooms, meeting rooms, pantry areas, cold rooms, store rooms, loading and unloading area, consumer room, technical areas, workers’ quarters, offices, carpark, underwater storm water harvesting tanks, logistic areas and supporting areas. CCTV SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM consisted of more than 50 IP dome, bullet, ptz cameras supported by 64 channel NVR server, 8tb harddisk. Network cable per 50m run PVD conduit, 16 port POE switch, supporting switches, steel pole, GI trunking and conduits, System programming and customer training – of standard BCA, BizSafe Star, IDA wiring compliance. CAR ACCESS SYSTEM/ACCESS SYSTEM was integrated using more than 10 units Vento Reader, with high security EAL+5 Certified Secure Element Hardware with Mobile-ready seamless access, and carbonated IP55; Vento cards of more than 50 units plus programming was carried out with High Security-AES 128 base secure resistant cloning; Server Software Access Control System supporting Limits and Permits employees, Access Areas and Location Control, Dept. Time Slot Permit Schedule, Dept. Grouping, Workers’ Attendant Work Sheet (Excel), Admin and User Safety Control. Hoga was tasked to provide CCTV SECURITY SYSTEM – API for Members’ Admittance that included Full HD dome cameras with features of Day&Night ICR, WDR, motion detection, tampering, defocus detection, IP66, IK10, POE, 12VDC with mounting bracket and accessories; NVR of 8 channels, 80Mbps, webviewer, smartviewer, mobile link, HDMI of 8MP, VGA. Premium Harddisk com-liance with 30 days recording, SATA 6 Gb/s interface, IntelliPower rotational speed, low power consumption; 19+in. full HD LCD/LED monitor of high resolution with HDMI/VGA support, and Roh’s compliance mounting bracket. SRI DARMA MUNEESWARAN TEMPLE

UNICRAFT ENGINEERING PTE LTD

This Hindu temple has been at its current site in Serangoon North for 100 years and is a historical landmark. Hoga was selected to design, supply and install a comprehensive SECURITY SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM comprising of more than IR 30 bullet and dome cameras for internal and exterior parameter zones that connect to 32 Channel NVR system with 8TB harddrive storage. POE network equipment and switch plus HDMI cabling coordinated the cameras with 32″ screen monitor. PA AND INTERCOM SYSTEM comprised more than 30 speakers of wall and ceiling type run with fire rated cable and trunking connecting to Mixer Amplifier, Sub Mixer Amplifier, wireless microphone and Volume Switch control. Integtaion of INTERCOM consisted of Master Intercom Set plus Intercom Set with cabling, trunking and system programming.

RED CROSS SINGAPORE

After site visit and final AS-Built drawings were confirmed Hoga set up the:
HIGH SECURITY FACIAL OBSERVATION SURVEILLANCE SYSTEM SOLUTION on 3 floors of the building. Technology consisted of facial ID thermal pad with register with face ID, data collection for payroll in excel format, face thermal detection, built-in AI facial and thermalfeature recognition, firmware and application to cloud link for future expansion, network module integrated via cloud base configuration, 300/600lb em lock and bracket; emergency breakglass, contactless release button, vandal-proof door contact, door access controller and server with monitor.
CABLING support amounted to connecting to fibre ADSL router network switch with media convertor, full facial ID table installation and mounting brackets and hardware.
HIGH SECURITY DOOR ACCESS SYSTEM was integrated consisting of pivCLASS card reader, 300/600lb EM lock, emergency break glass, contactless release button, vandal-proof door contact, door access controller, proxy card.
IP HYBRID ECO GREEN SURVEILLANCE CCTV SOLUTION – Hoga installed on 3 floors plus rooftop of the building nearly 100 units of full HD dome/bullet camera with day and night ICR, motion detection with pan tilt rotate range and max A ratio F2.1. Supporting the “eyes” are Network Recorder up to 32 channels, 4K video out on HDMI monitor, max 8 internal HDDs storage support; full HD monitor of high resolution to gether with power switches, output overcurrent/overvoltage protection, backup battery, visual and audio alarms, data line/AC power surge protection, auto restart; 16-port POE network switch. Supporting hardware of 32U server rack, low-noise fan. Support full run cabling of network cable, conduit and trunking, professional routing and touch up.
